First let me tell you,
“Congratulations on your engagement!” I would love to
be apart of your wedding day.
1.
I meet every bride & groom in person. This normally takes place
a month before your event. A lot of companies say they meet with
you. I actually plan with you.
2.
We plan your day from start to finish the way you want it done.
I suggest ideas and offer help, but you make the final decisions.
3.
You pick the specific music you want, as well as inform me of any
music you don’t want played.
4.
Our DJ will be host and MC. He will keep guests informed, as well
as entertained.
5.
On the day of the wedding, I make sure everything is ready before
each step is taken. For example, while you are mingling with your
guests after dinner, if toasting is the next step to take place,
I will make sure that your guests have something to toast with,
get all of the wedding party back to the head table, get both of
your parents back to their seats, and finally, tell the photographer
we are ready for the toast. After all that has taken place and everyone
is ready, I will tap you and your new husband on the shoulder and
explain to the guests that we are ready for the toasts. By doing
this, I keep things moving; therefore, you or your family don’t
need to be bothered with details.
6.
We grab your guests attention then direct it to where it needs to
be. For example, we make sure we have your guest’s attention
before announcing your arrival. We don’t just ask for your
guest’s attention, we seize their attention by welcoming them
and talking about why everyone is gathered. Only when we know we
have your guest’s attention will we announce the wedding party.
This equals success at any event.
7.
We don’t charge for the time it takes us to set up equipment
and take it down.
8.
We supply (2) systems: one for the ceremony and one for the reception.
This insures the party doesn’t need to wait on the moving
of equipment.
9.
You will find no hidden fees for our service. Everything you need
from a DJ & PA system are included (Wireless mic, Lapel for
ceremony, etc…).
10.
My company is celebrating 29 years of wedding service. Sound Express
was one of the first three companies in the central valley. We’re
still here, and we do around 400 events a year. |
